We Mentor and Develop the Next Generation of Female Hockey StarS
We provide holistic mentorship and development advise to elite female hockey players looking to reach the next level. Our advice is practical, affordable, individualized and effective.
We work with our players on university recruitment, skill development, hockey IQ training, mindset training and visualization, pre game routines, nutrition and anything else she requires to reach her goals.
We invest time into getting to know our players and collecting feedback from them to understand THEIR unique needs. We make sure our players have the resources and skills necessary to achieve their goals.

We believe that every player should be treated like a professional regardless of gender. As a female-focused company, our mission is to provide each player with the information, resources and mentorship required to reach her goals and maximize her potential.
Our focus is on holistic player development. We advise our athletes on everything from university recruitment to nutrition, skill development and academics. We seek to build better humans first and better hockey players second. We focus on the big picture. We understand the reality that most female hockey players will hang up the skates in their 20's. Our advice matches this reality. We advise players on topics such as academics, career transitions, nutrition, finances, and mental health.
We seek to provide individualized advice to our athletes. We understand that every athlete is unique and has different needs and goals. We have no cookie cutter programs.

Our Services
meet the team
We are passionate advocates of women's hockey with a combined 40 years of experience playing in, coaching in, and developing players in university, professional, national level, and elite women's hockey.
We have extensive knowledge of player development, university recruitment, mindset training, hockey IQ, skills training, and physical preparation. Our goal is to serve our athletes by leveraging our knowledge and expertise to help them reach their hockey goals.
Robin Ketcheson
Founder & Lead Mentor
Robin spent 6 seasons at Queen's University where she played in two national championships and was a captain for her final two seasons. After Queen's, Robin spent a season playing semi-professionally in Australia.
Outside of her playing career, Robin has extensive experience in coaching, advising and developing players. She has worked as a player agent for the last 2 years, helping female players take the next step in their hockey career. She is also the head of girls hockey at AdvanceYourHockey where she leads courses on girls hockey university recruitment.
Robin is a passionate advocate for the female game and there is nothing that gives her more joy than helping young female players achieve their goals.

Nicole Posesorski
Head of Business Development
Nicole spent four seasons at Queen’s University as a defenceman on the hockey team. Nicole was named on the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) All Rookie Team and OUA Second Team All-Star, where she was also Team MVP in her second year.
Nicole also has experience playing for Team Canada and Team Ontario. She was also a part of the inaugural open women’s ice hockey tournament for the 21st Maccabiah Games, where she earned a gold medal for Canada. She earned a silver medal for Team Ontario and was selected to participate in the U-18 Team Canada Hockey Strength and Conditioning Camp in 2017.
Prior to coming to Queen’s, Nicole played for the Toronto Aeros.
